A great mess-free, fun art project!  Almost any age will be able to make these - kids AND adults! Kids will easily be able to create these heart suncatchers with the materials included by using the contact paper it allows one to easily stick on the pieces of tissue paper. 
 
Once done, apply the other side of contact paper, ADULT trims the excess, and then hang in front of your window for a beautiful decoration!
